Overview
Order Task Manager for WooCommerce lets you add todos directly to WooCommerce orders and manage them from one dashboard. Todos are internal tasks for your team and are never shown to customers.

Getting started
Install and activate Lite
Install Order Task Manager for WooCommerce from WordPress.org and activate it. A Todos panel appears on the order screen and a Todos dashboard appears under WooCommerce.
Add a todo to an order
Open an order and click “+ Add todo” in the Todos panel. Give it a title, an optional description and a priority. Example: “Wrap as gift — use the blue paper, no price tag.”
Work through the todos
Check a todo off when it’s done. You can reopen, edit or delete it at any time. The panel shows how many todos are done.
Use the dashboard
Open WooCommerce → Todos to see all open and completed todos across orders. Filter by status, order and priority, or search.
Priorities and statuses
Every todo has a priority and a status.
- High
- Needs to happen first, for example before the order ships today.
- Normal
- The default priority.
- Low
- Can wait until more urgent work is done.
- Open / Completed
- Open todos still need work; completed todos are checked off and can be reopened.

Automation rules
Create tasks automatically when an order matches conditions: product, category, order value, shipping method, payment method, country, order status, coupon and first-time or repeat customer.
Reusable task templates
Define a set of tasks once, for example “Gift order (3 tasks)”, and let a rule create them on every matching order.
Assignments and deadlines
Assign tasks to staff members and teams, with automatic deadlines such as “4 hours after order”.
Reminders and notifications
Remind the assignee before a task is due. Overdue tasks stand out in the dashboard.
Dashboards and analytics
Advanced dashboards with overdue tracking, advanced filtering and workflow and productivity analytics.

Upgrading to Pro
- Choose a licence on the pricing section of Order Task Manager for WooCommerce, or take the Pro Bundle.
- Download Order Task Manager for WooCommerce Pro from your account.
- Upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it.
- Enter your licence key in the plugin settings to receive updates and support.
Pro builds on Lite, so your existing settings and data stay in place.
