Installing, upgrading and licences work the same for all plugins.

Buy a Pro licence, download the Pro plugin from your account and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Activate it and enter your licence key in the plugin settings to receive updates. Pro builds on Lite, so your existing settings and data stay in place.
