Yes. Lite is available for free on WordPress.org. You can create todos on orders manually and manage them from the central Todos dashboard.
Are todos visible to customers?
No. Todos are internal tasks for your team and are only shown in the WordPress admin.
Which conditions can trigger automatic tasks?
Pro rules can use products, categories, order value, shipping method, payment method, country, order status, coupons and whether the customer is first-time or repeat.
Can I assign tasks to specific employees?
Yes, in Pro. Tasks can be assigned to staff members and organised in team workflows, with due dates and reminders.
Will I keep my todos when I upgrade to Pro?
